NUNEZ RESIDENCE ADU

The client wanted to have a residence for their aging parent to live comfortably and still have many of the amenities that they are familiar with such as a full kitchen, laundry, living room, dining area, and bathroom.  This custom design was accomplished with several meetings with the client and guiding them on current ADA related requirements that would help with our aged friends.  Many of the items included wider doors, roll-in shower, maintaining ample clearance around doors and door thresholds that meet ADA standards.  The site was also grade to allow access to the side patio without navigating the front steps when the time comes yet, maintaining a traditional entry style similar to the main house.
